INSURANCE
In-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI
All RICERP providers - psychiatry, therapy, and nutrition - are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island.
What this means for you

You are responsible for any applicable deductible and copay under your BCBS RI plan.

Our standard late-cancellation policy (see below) still applies regardless of insurance coverage.

It is your responsibility to confirm with BCBS RI that your specific plan covers services at RICERP before your first appointment.
Fitness & Movement services are not covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI and are billed as self-pay for all clients.
Have a different insurance plan?
If you're out-of-network or carry a plan other than BCBS RI, we provide superbills for every session. You can submit these directly to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend calling the member services number on your card to ask about your out-of-network mental health, psychiatry, and nutrition benefits.

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
Cancellation Policy
A credit card must be kept on file for all clients before services begin. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 business hours' notice are subject to the following flat fee:

This cancellation fee applies to all clients, including those using BCBS RI insurance.
