Jennifer Nadeau is a board-certified Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst with over 20 years of experience and a strong commitment to understanding and treating the whole person. Jennifer has spent the past 15 years working extensively in eating disorder treatment and addiction medicine across a variety of settings, including residential care, acute detox programs, and partial hospitalization. She also provides long-term medication management and psychotherapy aimed at supporting sustainable healing and growth.
For 13 years, Jennifer has served as a consultant psychiatrist within a college counseling center, offering psychiatric care to young adults and college athletes during formative and often challenging transitions. She has also contributed to the state forensic system, providing inpatient psychiatric care during the COVID crisis.
Jennifer’s dual training in psychiatry and psychoanalysis allows for a deeper and more nuanced understanding of each individual, supporting clients in developing meaningful insight into their emotional experiences, internal conflicts, and long-term patterns. This depth-oriented approach helps promote lasting change and a stronger sense of self. Her clinical work includes psychodynamic-focused psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and medication management.

Amanda Tierney is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with nearly two decades of experience in intensive eating disorder treatment settings. She holds a master's degree in Sport Psychology and a bachelor's degree in psychology, bringing a unique blend of mental health, performance, and movement expertise to her work with adolescents, adults, and athletes of all backgrounds and abilities.
Amanda’s career has spanned clinical programming, movement and fitness integration, direct client care, and administrative leadership. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Body Positive Fitness Alliance (BPFA) and is the creator of the Therapeutic Exercise Alliance for Movement in Eating Disorders (TEAMed). She also contributes to the field as the treasurer of the iaedp Rhode Island Chapter.
Her approach is holistic, encouraging, and collaborative, supporting clients in reconnecting with movement in safe, sustainable, and body-inclusive ways. Amanda provides Eating Disorder Informed and Sensitive Movement Coaching.

Bailey Irizarry is a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate who earned her master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College. With over five years of experience, Bailey brings both research and clinical expertise in the eating disorder field, having supported adolescents, adults, and families across home-based, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings.
Bailey is passionate about working with teens and adults, as well as partnering with parents to provide coaching and support as they navigate their loved one’s recovery. She approaches each client with unconditional positive regard and a holistic lens, helping individuals connect with their values, deepen emotional attunement, and make meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives. Her goal is always to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
Bailey incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Family-Based Therapy (FBT). Amelia Poliseno Grant, RD, LDN
Dietitian
Amelia Poliseno Grant is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and has eight years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of treatment settings.
Amelia completed her dietetic internship with Delicious Living Nutrition before working as a clinical dietitian, where she gained experience in medical nutrition therapy and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams.
At RICERP, Amelia works with clients to develop practical, individualized nutrition strategies that support a healthier relationship with food. She uses nutrition education, structure, and evidence-based care to help clients meet their goals.
Outside of work, Amelia enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and trying new recipes.
